Deposits are non-refundable except where expressly agreed in writing. Customers are responsible for ensuring the suitability of the vehicle for their intended use. While we may assist with servicing, MOT, registration, and compliance checks upon request, ultimate responsibility for roadworthiness and legal compliance rests with the customer. German Cars From Japan shall not be held liable for delays, additional costs, or losses arising from shipping, customs clearance, regulatory requirements, or actions of third parties.
